Peter, the founding Principal of Nedovic Lawyers, was awarded Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Melbourne in 1971.
Since his admission to practice in 1972, he has developed a particular expertise in acting discreetly for private clients in complex and sensitive family law property and financial disputes, involving companies, trusts and other entities, located within Australia and internationally.
He has regularly appeared in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and in numerous other superior courts. He has also acted as instructing solicitor in many leading cases.
He regularly acts for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
His practice is both national and international.
His creative approach to the resolution of intractable financial disputes has resulted in the settlement of a very high proportion of such disputes, often involving mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and Family Law Financial Agreements and Binding Child Support Agreements.
In the course of his career, he has been appointed as a member of numerous tribunals, including the Solicitor's Disciplinary Tribunal, Solicitor's Board, Crimes Compensation Tribunal, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, Legal Profession Tribunal and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
George is a Principal of Nedovic Lawyers. He was awarded Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of Melbourne in 2009.
He has extensive experience in family law, estate disputes and commercial litigation.
George is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
